SHIPPING POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping of gowns. The Prom Closet is completely maintained by donations of dresses, not cash, so we do not have the funds to mail out dresses. Part of the fun is the shopping!!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to have you bring back a gown that you've chosen during the current Prom season to exchange. We would love to have you bring your gown back and re-donate to The Prom Closet after it's been worn to Prom and dry-cleaned, if possible, but is by no means required.
